Wales v France: French lock Sébastien Vahaamahina sent off for elbow to head
France's Sébastien Vahaamahina was sent off 10 minutes into the second half of their Rugby World Cup quarterfinal against Wales, reducing them to 14 men for the final half hour.
He was caught elbowing Welsh try scorer Aaron Wainwright in the head at a maul by the television match official and became the eighth player sent off in the tournament in Japan.
The French were leading 19-10 at the time.

Vahaamahina had earlier scored a try for France.
Sunday's match was the first meeting for France and Wales at a World Cup since their 2011 semifinal, which France won after Wales lost flanker Sam Warburton to a controversial red card.
The winner will play either Japan or South Africa in the semifinals, with England and the All Blacks booking their places on Saturday.
